At Hawaiʻi Camo Co, each item is made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Color/design preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery

Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or you received the wrong item,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hawaiicamoco@gmail.com with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the item,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Customer Damage Policy

Items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, excessively worn, or damaged after delivery will notqualify for replacement, refund, or store credit. Hawaiʻi Camo Co reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Shipping & Processing

Many Hawaiʻi Camo Co items are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for processing and shipping, depending on the product and destination.

Final Sale Policy
